Evidence of Sufficiency of Funds. Evidence that the proceeds of the Construction Loan, together with the Required Equity Funds delivered to the Lender on the Closing Date, will be sufficient to cover all Project Costs reasonably anticipated to be incurred to complete the Improvements prior to the Completion Date, to carry the Project through the Maturity Date and to satisfy the obligations of the Borrower to the Lender under this Agreement.
