Common use of Evidence of Transfer Clause in Contracts

Evidence of Transfer. The production of a copy of the Order with any modifications, amendments and/or additions made under clause 13, shall for all purposes be evidence of the transfer to and vesting in the Transferee of (i) the Transferring Business, the Transferring Assets, the Transferring Liabilities and the Transferring Policies, on and from the Effective Date; and (ii) the Residual Assets and Residual Liabilities, on and from the Subsequent Transfer Date.

Evidence of Transfer. The production of a copy of the Order with any modifications, amendments and/or additions made under clause 13paragraph 21, shall for all purposes be evidence of the transfer to to, and vesting in in, RL of the Transferee of (i) the Transferring Transferred Business, the Transferring Transferred Assets, the Transferring Transferred Liabilities and the Transferring Transferred Policies, on and from the Effective Date; and (ii) the Residual Assets and Residual Liabilities, on and from the Subsequent Transfer Date.

Evidence of Transfer. 18.1 The production of a copy of the Order with any modifications, amendments and/or additions modifications made under clause 13section 15, shall for all purposes shall be evidence of the transfer to to, and vesting in in, the Transferee of (i) the Transferring Business, Business in accordance with the Transferring Assets, the Transferring Liabilities Order and the Transferring Policies, on and from the Effective Date; and (ii) the Residual Assets and Residual Liabilities, on and from the Subsequent Transfer Dateprovisions of this Scheme.
