Common use of Evidence of Use of Proceeds Clause in Contracts

Evidence of Use of Proceeds. Borrower shall, from time to time and upon Lender’s request, provide to Lender an accounting of all funds Advanced under this Agreement, which shall include, but not be limited to, copies of invoices, work orders, receipts or bills of sale.
