Use of Proceeds of the Grant. Section 3.01. The Recipient shall cause the proceeds of the Grant to be applied to the financing of expenditures on the Project in accordance with the provisions of this Grant Agreement.
Section 3.02. The goods and services and other items of expenditure to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant and the allocation of amounts of the Grant among different categories of such goods and services and other items of expenditure shall be in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Grant Agreement, as such Schedule may be amended from time to time by agreement between the Recipient and ADB.
Section 3.03. Except as ADB may otherwise agree, all goods and services to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant shall be procured in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Grant Agreement.
Section 3.04. Withdrawals from the Grant Account in respect of goods and services shall be made only on account of expenditures relating to
(a) goods which are produced in and supplied from and services which are supplied from such member countries of ADB as shall have been specified by ADB from time to time as eligible sources for procurement, and
(b) goods and services which meet such other eligibility requirements as shall have been specified by ADB from time to time.
Section 3.05. The Grant Closing Date for the purposes of Section 8.02 of the Grant Regulations shall be 30 June 2014 or such other date as may from time to time be agreed between the Recipient and ADB.
Use of Proceeds of the Grant. Section 3.01.
(a) The Recipient shall make available the proceeds of the Grant to FMG upon terms and conditions acceptable to ADB.
(b) The Recipient shall cause the proceeds of the Grant to be applied to the financing of expenditures on the Project in accordance with the provisions of this Grant Agreement.
(c) The Recipient agrees that the proceeds of the Grant may be used to pay to the third parties fees and charges, if any, payable to such third parties. ADB shall be entitled to withdraw from the Grant Account and pay to such third parties, on behalf of the Recipient, the amounts required to meet payments, when due, of such fees and other charges.
Section 3.02. The proceeds of the Grant shall be allocated and withdrawn in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Grant Agreement, as such Schedule may be amended from time to time by agreement between the Recipient and ADB.
Section 3.03. Except as ADB may otherwise agree, the Recipient shall procure, or cause to be procured, the items of expenditure to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Grant Agreement.
Section 3.04. Withdrawals from the Grant Account in respect of Goods and Consulting Services shall be made only on account of expenditures relating to:
(a) Goods which are produced in and supplied from and Consulting Services which are supplied from such member countries of ADB as shall have been specified by ADB from time to time as eligible sources for procurement, and
(b) Goods and Consulting Services which meet such other eligibility requirements as shall have been specified by ADB from time to time.
Section 3.05. The Grant Closing Date for the purposes of Section 8.02 of the Grant Regulations shall be 30 June 2018 or such other date as may from time to time be agreed between the Recipient and ADB.
Use of Proceeds of the Grant. Section 3.01. The Recipient shall cause the proceeds of the Grant to be applied to the financing of expenditures on the Project in accordance with the provisions of this Grant Agreement.
Section 3.02. The proceeds of the Grant shall be allocated and withdrawn in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Grant Agreement, as such Schedule may be amended from time to time by agreement between the Recipient and ADB.
Section 3.03. Except as ADB may otherwise agree, the Recipient shall procure or cause to be procured items of expenditure in accordance with the applicable provisions of Schedule 3 to this Grant Agreement.
Section 3.04. Withdrawals from the Grant Account in respect of Goods, Works and Consulting Services shall be made only on account of expenditures relating to
(a) Goods which are produced in and supplied from and Works and Consulting Services which are supplied from such member countries of ADB as shall have been specified by ADB from time to time as eligible sources for procurement, and
(b) Goods, Works and Consulting Services which meet such other eligibility requirements as shall have been specified by ADB from time to time.
Section 3.05. The Grant Closing Date for the purposes of Section 8.02 of the Grant Regulations shall be 30 September 2019 or such other date as may from time to time be agreed between the Recipient and ADB.
Use of Proceeds of the Grant. Section 3.01. The Recipient shall cause the proceeds of the Grant to be applied to the financing of expenditures on Subprogram 1 in accordance with the provisions of this Grant Agreement.
Section 3.02. The proceeds of the Grant may be withdrawn from the Grant Account only for the purposes of financing expenditures incurred for Eligible Items under Subprogram 1 in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Grant Agreement, as such Schedule may be amended from time to time by agreement between the Recipient and ADB.
Section 3.03. Except as ADB may otherwise agree, all Eligible Items to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant shall be procured in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 and Schedule 3 to this Grant Agreement.
Section 3.04. Withdrawals from the Grant Account shall be made only on account of expenditures relating to Eligible Items which:
(a) are produced in, and are supplied from, such member countries of ADB as shall have been specified by ADB from time to time as eligible sources for procurement, and
(b) meet such other eligibility requirements as shall have been specified by ADB from time to time.
Section 3.05. Except as ADB may otherwise agree, no withdrawals shall be made from the Grant Account in respect of expenditures for Eligible Items incurred more than one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the Effective Date.
Section 3.06. The Grant Closing Date for the purposes of Section 8.02 of the Grant Regulations shall be 30 April 2009 or such other date as may from time to time be agreed between the Recipient and ADB.
Use of Proceeds of the Grant. Section 3.01. The Recipient shall cause the proceeds of the Grant to be applied to the financing of expenditures on the Project in accordance with the provisions of this Grant Agreement.
Section 3.02. The proceeds of the Grant shall be allocated and withdrawn in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Grant Agreement, as such Schedule may be amended from time to time by agreement between the Recipient and ADB.
Section 3.03. Except as ADB may otherwise agree, the Recipient shall procure, or cause to be procured, the items of expenditure to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 3 to the ADB Grant Agreement.
Section 3.04. The Grant Closing Date for the purposes of Section 8.02 of the Grant Regulations shall be 31 December 2017 or such other date as may from time to time be agreed between the Recipient and ADB.
Use of Proceeds of the Grant. Section 3.01. The Recipient shall cause the proceeds of the Grant to be applied to the financing of expenditures on the Project in accordance with the provisions of this Grant Agreement.
Section 3.02. The Grant shall be withdrawn from the Grant Account in a single payment to be made in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Grant Agreement.
Section 3.03. All goods, works and consulting services to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant shall be procured in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Recipient relating to procurement.
Section 3.04. The Grant Closing Date for the purposes of Section 8.02 of the Grant Regulations shall be the date which is 6 months after the date of this Grant Agreement or such other date as may from time to time be agreed between the Recipient and ADB. The Recipient shall not use the proceeds of the Grant, or allow the proceeds of the Grant to be used, for any expenditures incurred after the Grant Closing Date.
Use of Proceeds of the Grant. Section 3.01. The Recipient shall cause the proceeds of the Grant to be applied to the financing of expenditures on the Project in accordance with the provisions of this Grant Agreement.

Section 3.04. Withdrawals from the Grant Account in respect of Goods, Works and Consulting Services shall be made only on account of expenditures relating to:
(a) Goods which are produced in and supplied from and Works and Consulting Services which are supplied from such member countries of ADB as shall have been specified by ADB from time to time as eligible sources for procurement, and
(b) Goods, Works and Consulting Services which meet such other eligibility requirements as shall have been specified by ADB from time to time.
Section 3.05. The Grant Closing Date for the purposes of Section 8.02 of the Grant Regulations shall be 30 June 2018 or such other date as may from time to time be agreed between the Recipient and ADB.
Use of Proceeds of the Grant. Section 3.01. The Recipient shall cause the proceeds of the Grant to be applied to the financing of expenditures on the Program in accordance with the provisions of this Grant Agreement.
Section 3.02. The proceeds of the Grant shall be withdrawn in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Grant Agreement, as such Schedule may be amended from time to time by agreement between the Recipient and ADB.
Section 3.03. Withdrawals from the Grant Account shall be made only on account of expenditures relating to Eligible Items which:
(a) are produced in, and are supplied from, such member countries of ADB as shall have been specified by ADB from time to time as eligible sources for procurement; and
(b) meet such other eligibility requirements as shall have been specified by ADB from time to time.
Section 3.04. The Grant Closing Date for the purposes of Section 8.02 of the Grant Regulations shall be 31 December 2015 or such other date as may from time to time be agreed between the Recipient and ADB.
Use of Proceeds of the Grant. (a) The Recipient shall make available a part of the proceeds of the Grant to each Pourashava under a Subsidiary Grant Agreement upon terms and conditions satisfactory to ADB.
(b) The Recipient shall cause the proceeds of the Grant to be applied to the financing of expenditures on the Project in accordance with the provisions of this Grant Agreement.
Section 3.02. The proceeds of the Grant shall be allocated and withdrawn in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1 to this Grant Agreement, as such Schedule may be amended from time to time by agreement between the Recipient and ADB.
Section 3.03. Except as ADB may otherwise agree, the Recipient shall procure, or cause to be procured, the items of expenditure to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 4 to the ADF Loan Agreement.
Section 3.04. The Grant Closing Date for the purposes of Section 8.02 of the Grant Regulations shall be 31 December 2020 or such other date as may from time to time be agreed between the Recipient and ADB.
Use of Proceeds of the Grant. (a) The Recipient shall lend a portion of the Grant proceeds in the amount of $15,000,000 to DABS under a Subsidiary Loan Agreement upon terms and conditions satisfactory to ADB. Except as ADB shall otherwise agree, the terms for lending the proceeds of the Grant shall include a term of 32 years, with 8 year grace period, and interest at the rate of 1% per annum during grace period and 1.5% per annum thereafter, with the foreign exchange risk being borne by DABS.
(b) The Recipient shall cause the proceeds of the Grant (including the amount referred to under sub-Section [a] above) to be applied to the financing of expenditures on the Project in accordance with the provisions of this Grant Agreement.
Section 3.02. The proceeds of the Grant shall be allocated and withdrawn in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Grant Agreement, as such Schedule may be amended from time to time by agreement between the Recipient and ADB.
Section 3.03. Except as ADB may otherwise agree, the Recipient shall procure, or cause to be procured, the items of expenditure to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Grant Agreement.
Section 3.04. Except as ADB may otherwise agree, the Recipient shall cause all items of expenditure financed out of the proceeds of the Grant to be used exclusively in the carrying out of the Project.
Section 3.05. Withdrawals from the Grant Account in respect of Goods, Works and Consulting Services shall be made only on account of expenditures relating to:
(a) Goods which are produced in and supplied from and Works and Consulting Services which are supplied from such member countries of ADB as shall have been specified by ADB from time to time as eligible sources for procurement; and
(b) Goods, Works and Consulting Services which meet such other eligibility requirements as shall have been specified by ADB from time to time.
Section 3.06. The Grant Closing Date for the purposes of Section 8.02 of the Grant Regulations shall be 31 March 2015 or such other date as may from time to time be agreed between the Recipient and ADB.
