Evidentiary Letter. Upon Receipt, the Intermediary shall verify that the certificates delivered by the Company match in denomination and number as those certificates listed in WEN. Should the certificates not match, the Intermediary will return those certificates which are out of sync with the WEN and will specify those certificates in the Evidentiary Letter.
