Common use of Evolution of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Evolution of Agreement. It is the intent of the Process that all Members execute a JSPA with substantially similar terms and conditions, especially with respect to the Members represented on the Expert Group for a particular JSR. However, the JSPA is an evolving document and may, as set forth in the Process, be updated and re-posted on the JCP website from time-to-time. Subject to Section 10, Members may elect to execute a newer version of the JSPA at any time, but are not obligated to do so until their current JSPA expires or is otherwise terminated.
