Evolving WTO Law. If any provision of the WTO Agreement that the Parties have incorporated into this Agreement is amended, the Parties shall consult with each other with a view to finding a mutually satisfactory solution, where necessary. As a result of such a review, the Trade Committee may take a decision to amend this Agreement accordingly.
