Examination and Certification Sample Clauses

The 'Examination and certification' clause establishes the requirement for a party, often the contractor or supplier, to submit their work, goods, or services for inspection and formal approval by a designated authority or certifier. In practice, this means that completed work must be reviewed to ensure it meets the agreed-upon standards or specifications before it is accepted or payment is released. This process helps verify compliance with contractual obligations and provides assurance to the receiving party that the deliverables are satisfactory, thereby reducing the risk of disputes over quality or performance.
