Changes to the Program. You agree that we may modify the terms and conditions of the Program, including changing, removing or adding Program Banks offered therein. All notices of material changes to the Program may be communicated by a posting on our website, letter, a separate electronic or written communication, a note on a periodic statement or other means.
Changes to the Program. Your Introducing Broker Dealer or The Firm may modify or cancel The Program at any time, which may result in changing the sweep option for your account. If we make any change, there is no guarantee that such change will provide an equal or greater rate of return to you on your uninvested cash balances during any given period, and the rate of return may be lower. You will receive advance notice of any change that results in changing the sweep option for your account. Unless you object within the time period specified, we will transfer the balances from your prior sweep into any new sweep. Although your Introducing Broker Dealer, The Firm, and The Program Banks may share certain information about you and your accounts, information shared with Program Banks will be handled in accordance with the privacy policies of The Firm and your Introducing Broker Dealer.
Changes to the Program o In addition to the changes to the Priority List, as discussed above, Aspiration or Coastal may modify the Program at any time by changing the terms and conditions upon notice to you.
Changes to the Program. The Utilities and the Participating Contractor understand and agree that the Utilities may elect to modify or terminate the Program or modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time, for any reason. Without limitation, modifications to the Program may include supplemental documents and guidelines from the Utilities relating to the rules and parameters of the Program. Announcement of modification or termination of the Program, and notification of any modification to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, will be made either by email message or through any communications portal established by the Utilities. Any modification to the Program or to the terms and conditions of this Agreement will be effective immediately upon such notice, and the Participating Contractor’s continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any such changes. If this Agreement is modified, or if the Program is modified, then the Participating Contractor shall have the right to terminate this Agreement and no longer participate in the Program if any modification is not acceptable to the Participating Contractor, subject to a reasonable wind down of all activities relating to the participation of the Participation Contractor in the Program, including the completion by the Participating Contractor of all existing projects undertaken prior to termination.
Changes to the Program. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice to you.
Changes to the Program. I understand that UNT reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to make alterations in the Program calendar as it may deem necessary or desirable, with or without notice, or to cancel the Program or any aspect of it prior to departure and to cancel the Program or any aspect of it after departure, requiring that all participants return to the United States if UNT determines or believes that any person is or will be in danger if the Program or any aspect of it is continued.
a. UNT is not responsible for financial penalty or loss I may incur as a result of any such cancellation, operational, or itinerary change, regardless of whether UNT makes a flight arrangement.
b. UNT may substitute hotels or accommodations or housing of a similar category at any time, with or without notice. For programs in which housing is included in the program fee, specific room and housing assignments are within the sole discretion of UNT. The SAO strongly advises me to purchase fully refundable airline tickets and/or trip cancellation insurance to safeguard against losses or penalties resulting from any of the above scenarios.
Changes to the Program. 16.1 Palo Alto Networks reserves the right to terminate the Program or change the Program at anytime, including, but not limited to, (a) changes to the number, scope, organization, objectives and content of the tests, (b) additions, deletions or other modifications to the Requirements for obtaining or maintaining certification status, (c) addition of new Tracks, Designations and Logos, and (d) deletion, modification or replacement of any Track, Designation, or Logo.
16.2 Palo Alto Networks will post a notice of any Program changes on its website. If Palo Alto Networks’ records indicate that you are certified for a Track and any change to the Program affects the Requirements for that Track, Palo Alto Networks intends, but is not obligated, to send an email notification to you at the email address on file with the Program office. However, it is your responsibility to monitor the posted Program information and Requirements for any changes potentially affecting your certification status.
16.3 If Palo Alto Networks changes the Requirements for maintaining certification for a Track for which you are entitled, you must comply with the changed Requirements. Palo Alto Networks will post a notice of any Program changes on its website and will provide a change compliance timeline. If you have not fully complied with the new or modified Requirements, your certification for that Track shall terminate and you shall cease all use of the Designation or Logo associated with that Track.
Changes to the Program. 6.1 From time to time it may be necessary to review or change the content of the program. This may be required to refresh the program and to ensure that it is fit for purpose or to reflect changes in sector guidance or requirements of external accrediting bodies or to incorporate student feedback.
6.2 We will consult the student and give them an opportunity to provide feedback to us in relation to any proposed changes and will attempt to minimize any adverse impact on the student. We will not withdraw a program until all enrolled students have completed their studies and will provide reasonable notice in the event of withdrawal or fundamental changes to the program.
6.3 If it becomes necessary to consider making any changes to the program after the student has accepted an offer of a place, we will inform the student about these at the earliest opportunity.
Changes to the Program. CON may update, modify or replace the Program including any Content hereunder from time to time without prior notice to Buyer.
Changes to the Program. CRG reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Agreement at any time, and may add to, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of its Affiliate Program at any time. In such case CRG will notify Affiliates of such changes either via email or by posting in the Affiliate area of our website, at which time you may either agree to such changes or withdraw from the Affiliate Program.
