Examination obligations. The Buyer undertakes as soon as possible under the conditions after delivery to examine the Contract Object in accordance with good practice. Notification obligation If the Buyer is prevented in meeting his obligations at the correct time, he shall without undue delay notify the Supplier of the impediment and its potential effect on fulfilling the Contract. The Buyer shall be able to document when and how such notification was given.
