Examination of Implementation. Without prejudice to the procedures set out in Article 23.17, once the reasonable period of time agreed by the Parties or established in the panel report has expired, and there is disagreement between the Parties as to the existence or consistency of the measures taken to comply with the determinations and recommendations of the panel, either Party may request the Agreement Coordinators referred to in Article 22.2 (Agreement Coordinators – Contact Points) to convene the original panel to refer the matter to it.
