Submission of Issues. All issues for negotiations by the Association and the Board shall be submitted in definitive writing at the first meeting. No additional topics shall be submitted by either party following the initial meeting, unless agreed to by both parties.
Submission of Issues. 1. All issues for negotiations by Local #357 shall be submitted in writing at the first meeting and the Board shall submit in writing to Local #357 all of its issues for negotiations no later than the second meeting, unless agreed by both parties.
Submission of Issues. All issues for negotiations by the Association shall be submitted in writing at the first meeting and the Board shall submit in writing to the Association all of its issues for negotiations at the first meeting. No additional issues shall be submitted by either party following the designated meeting unless agreed by both parties.
Submission of Issues. A request for negotiations shall be submitted, in writing, by the Association President or designated representative to the Superintendent or the President of the Board, or by the Superintendent or Board President to the Association President. Such request shall be submitted on or before March 1 of the year this agreement expires. A mutually convenient meeting date shall be set no later than March 15, unless all parties agree to a later date at which time the Association and the Board will submit issues proposed for negotiations in writing.
Submission of Issues. Upon request of either party for a meeting to open negotiations, a mutually accepted meeting date shall be set not more than fifteen (15) days following such request. Such request should be made no earlier than March 15th of the year of expiration of the contract. All issues proposed for discussion shall be submitted by the parties at the first or second meeting.
Submission of Issues. An agenda of basic issues proposed for the negotiations shall be submitted not earlier than three and one-half (3-1/2) months prior to the termination date of any agreement in force, in writing by the Union to the Superintendent, or his/her designated representative, or by the Superintendent to the President of the Union, or his/her designated representative.
Submission of Issues. A. The submission of the Notice to Negotiate, which must be submitted no later than 120 calendar days prior to the expiration of this Contract, from the designated principal representative of the Association to the Superintendent or from the Superintendent to the designated principal representative of the Association, shall signify the commencing of negotiations. A mutually convenient meeting date shall be set and negotiations shall begin no later than March 15, unless both parties agree to a later date.
B. All issues proposed for negotiations will be exchanged, in total and in writing, by the negotiation committees at the first negotiations session. Any new items proposed by either party after this exchange shall require the mutual agreement of both negotiating teams.
Submission of Issues. An initial meeting will be held at which the parties will submit in writing their complete proposals, and thereafter, additional items shall not be submitted by either party unless the other party consents thereto. Matters to be negotiated include wages, hours, terms and other conditions of employment, and the continuation, modification or deletion of an existing provision of the Agreement. Proposals shall in form and detail specify that to which agreement is sought in terms acceptable to the proponent without clarification or supplementation, which, if agreed to by the other party, shall express the whole agreement between the parties with respect thereto. Topical listing of items proposed for negotiation ("laundry lists") shall constitute a clear failure of compliance with this requirement and may be disregarded. The proposals shall be identified as new matter or revisions of existing proposals.
Submission of Issues. All issues for negotiations shall be submitted in writing at the first meeting. Issues not submitted by the proper session may not be raised during the negotiations except by mutual agreement of the parties.
Submission of Issues. 2.3.1.1 Negotiations shall begin no sooner than January 10 and no later than February 15 unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties. The period of negotiation shall continue for no longer than ninety (90) days unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties.
2.3.1.2 Items proposed for negotiations shall be submitted in writing by both Parties at the first meeting. Items that have not been presented in writing at the first negotiations session may be negotiated only upon mutual consent of the Parties.
