Examination of Pay Records. The authorized Union Representatives shall have the right to examine all payroll records pertaining to employees. The Employer may require a prior appointment. In those instances that a prior appointment is required, the Employer shall schedule the appointment for a time prior to the close of business of the work day following the day of the request.
