Common use of Examination of Site Clause in Contracts

Examination of Site. Bidders must satisfy themselves by personal examination of the location of the proposed work and of the actual conditions and requirements of the work and shall not, at any time after the submission of a proposal, dispute or complain of such estimate or assert that there was any misunderstanding in regard to the depth or character of excavation to be made or the nature of the work to be done.
