Examination of the Loan Being Purchased. Buyer has examined, investigated and reviewed, or will examine, investigate or review on or prior to the expiration of the Due Diligence Period, all documents and records that Buyer deems necessary and appropriate in making its decision to purchase the Loan. Buyer acknowledges that Seller has not made any representations or warranties concerning the collectability of the Loan or the value of the Collateral.
