Examine Your Statement Sample Clauses
The "Examine Your Statement" clause requires account holders to review their financial statements for accuracy and report any discrepancies or unauthorized transactions. Typically, this clause sets a specific timeframe within which customers must notify the financial institution of errors, such as fraudulent charges or incorrect balances, to ensure prompt resolution.
