Examples of Additional Services. Such Additional Services shall not include any redesign or revisions to drawings, specifications or other documents when such revisions are necessary in order to bring such documents into compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations or codes of which Designer was aware or should have been aware pursuant to the laws and regulations provision of this Agreement above. Such Additional Services may include, but shall not be limited to: (a) Separately Bid Portions of Project. Plan preparation and/or administration of work on portions of the Project separately bid.
