Such anti-discrimination laws include at least the following: the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Equal Pay Act of 1963, the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, and the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974. In addition, each party shall comply with all requirements of any applicable affirmative action laws, including, without limitation, Executive Orders 11246, 11375, or any successor orders, if and to the extent applicable, relative to equal employment opportunity for all persons without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or national origin, and the implementing rules and regulations prescribed by the Secretary of Labor in Title 41, FR Part 60.
