Format (i) The Servicer shall conform to such requirements regarding the format, structure and text of Bills delivered to Customers as this Agreement, the Financing Order, the Securitization Law and applicable MPSC Regulations shall from time to time prescribe. To the extent that Bill format, structure and text are not prescribed by this Agreement, the Financing Order, the Securitization Law or by applicable MPSC Regulations, the Servicer shall determine the format, structure and text of all Bills in accordance with its reasonable business judgment, its Servicer Policies and Practices with respect to its own charges and prevailing industry standards.
Technical Documentation Subject to the terms of this Agreement, BROCADE hereby grants to McDATA a nonexclusive, nontransferable, worldwide license to reproduce and use BROCADE's technical documentation provided to McDATA by BROCADE hereunder, solely for McDATA's internal purposes in connection with the manufacture, marketing and support of the McDATA Products into which the Products are incorporated as set forth herein. Modifications to such technical documentation by McDATA shall require BROCADE's prior written authorization, which authorization will not be unreasonably withheld.
Software Additional provisions relating to software.
Omnibus Transparency Services Upon request of the Fund, the Transfer Agent shall carry out certain information requests, analyses and reporting services in support of the Fund’s obligations under Rule 22c-2(a)(2). The parties will agree to such services and terms as stated in the attached schedule (“Schedule 1.1(y)” entitled “Omnibus Transparency Services”) that may be changed from time to time subject to mutual written agreement between the parties.
Electronic Access Access by the Customer to certain systems, applications or products of Bank shall be governed by this Agreement and the terms and conditions set forth in Annex A Electronic Access.
Programming Seller shall not make any material changes in the broadcast hours or in the percentages of types of programming broadcast by the Station, or make any other material change in the Station's programming policies, except such changes as in the good faith judgment of the Seller are required by the public interest.
Upgrades The Software includes all updates or supplements to the Software and this Section 19 applies to all such updates or supplements, unless the BNPP Entities provide other terms along with the update or supplement.
Commercialization Reports After the First Commercial Sale of a Licensed Product anywhere in the Territory, LICENSEE shall submit to Cornell semi-annual reports on or before each February 28 and August 31 of each year. Electronic Systems (i) Each Loan Party agrees that the Administrative Agent may, but shall not be obligated to, make Communications (as defined below) available to the Issuing Bank and the other Lenders by posting the Communications on Debt Domain, Intralinks, Syndtrak, ClearPar or a substantially similar Electronic System.
Software Maintenance The Vendor represents and warrants that the Software delivered to the escrow agent pursuant to subsection 11.7 for redelivery to the Owner pursuant to the Escrow Agreement will be in a form suitable for reproduction by the Owner and will include the full Source Code language statement of the Software as used by the Vendor sufficient to allow maintenance and modification.
