Proposal Format. To facilitate efficiency and consistency in proposal evaluation the following is mandatory. Proposals which do not follow this direction may be rejected as non-responsive and thus ineligible for award.
Proposal Format. General: Submit all required documentation on sequentially numbered 8-1/2" by 11" or A4 paper. All submittals must use type of at least 12 points (10 point text in graphics). The Technical and Management Proposal and the Price Proposal shall be submitted in separate volumes. Volume One shall not contain any reference to any pricing.

Therefore, it is important that each proposal is complete, adheres to the format and instructions contained herein, and is submitted in the most favorable manner possible. - Submit one (1) original, eight (8) copies and one (1) electronic copy on USB drive. Electronic copy shall be in Microsoft Word or Adobe – the most recent software version. - All responses and copies are to be submitted on 8 ½ x 11 inch paper, bound individually and tabbed as applicable. - If your response contains any information deemed confidential, in accordance with Chapter 119 of the Florida Statutes, provide an additional USB drive with a redacted version of your response labeled REDACTED. Electronic copy shall be in Microsoft Word or Adobe – the most recent software version. The following information shall be submitted with your proposal. Failure to submit this information in its entirety will negatively impact the evaluation of your proposal. TAB 1. QUALIFICATIONS OF STAFF
Proposal Format. 4.1 In order to maximize efficiency and minimize the time for proposal evaluation, it is required that all Offerors submit their proposals in accordance with the format and content specified herein.

Proposal Format. Respondent’s Proposal shall be clear, accurate, and comprehensive. Excessive or irrelevant materials will not be favorably received. The Proposal shall be signed by an individual or individuals authorized to execute legal documents on behalf of the Respondent. Proposals shall be organized, and numbered in the order presented below:
Proposal Format. The following format, sequence, and instructions should be followed in order to provide consistency in the Proponent response and ensure each proposal receives full consideration.
Proposal Format. 1. For clarity, the proposal should be typed or printed. Proposals should be single-spaced with 1” margins on white 8 ½” x 11” paper using a font no smaller than 12 point Times New Roman or similar.
2. All pages should be numbered consecutively beginning with number 1 on the first page of the narrative (this does not include the cover page or table of contents pages) through to the end, including all forms and attachments. For clarity, the Bidder’s name should appear on every page, including Attachments. Each Attachment must reference the section or subsection number to which it corresponds.
3. Bidders are asked to be brief and to respond to each question and instruction listed in the “Proposal Submission Requirements” section of this RFP. Number each response in the proposal to correspond to the relevant question or instruction of the RFP, and for ease of reference, please copy the relevant question on instruction prior to the Bidder’s response.
4. The Bidder may not provide additional attachments beyond those specified in the RFP for the purpose of extending their response. Bidders shall not include brochures or other promotional material with their proposals. Additional materials will not be considered part of the proposal and will not be evaluated.
5. Include any forms provided in the application package or reproduce those forms as closely as possible. All information should be presented in the same order and format as described in the RFP.
6. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to provide all information requested in the RFP package at the time of submission. Failure to provide information requested in this RFP may, at the discretion of the Sourcing Team, result in a lower rating for the incomplete sections and may result in the proposal being disqualified for consideration.
7. Bidders should complete and submit the proposal cover page provided in Appendix A of this RFP and provide it with the Bidder’s proposal. The cover page must be the first page of the proposal package. It is important that the cover page show the specific information requested, including Bidder address(es) and other details listed. The proposal cover page shall be dated and signed by a person authorized to enter into contracts on behalf of the Bidder.

Proposal Format a. Offerors shall submit an original of their proposals and the number of copies listed in paragraph “c” below.
b. The proposals shall be organized into two (2) separate, sealed volumes. Each hard copy volume of the proposal shall be separately bound in a three-ring loose leaf binder. The original copy of each volume shall be marked, “Original,” and any copy shall be marked, “Copy.”
c. In addition to submitting hard copies of the proposals, offerors shall provide digital copies shall be provided on CD-ROM disk in Adobe PDF, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and/or Excel. Offerors shall ensure that proposal disks are virus-free and free of password protection. The Government reserves the right to eliminate a proposal from consideration if access to proposal data is prohibited due to viruses, passwords, and/or wrong format.
d. If the page limits are exceeded, the pages in excess of the limit shall be removed and remain unread. The offeror shall submit a technical and a price proposal that shall include, at a minimum:
Proposal Format a) This section of the ITO provides general guidance for preparing proposals as well as specific instructions on the format and content of the proposal.
b) The Offeror's proposal must include all data and information requested by the ITO and must be submitted in accordance with these instructions.
c) All the requirements specified in this solicitation are mandatory.
d) The Offeror is representing its firm will perform all the requirements specified in the solicitation by submitting a proposal.
e) These instructions are intended to elicit brief and specific responses. However, simply stating that the Offeror understands and intends to comply with this effort or paraphrasing statements in the solicitation is inadequate.
f) The Offer shall comply with the requirements as stated in the solicitation.
