Except as modified by Memoranda of Agreement. (a) The Employer agrees to maintain the current employee benefit plans, namely, the University of Winnipeg Trusteed Pension Plan, Group Life Insurance, Group Long Term Disability, the Employee and Family Assistance Program, the Extended Health Benefits Plan, the Dental Plan and Vision Care Plan for the duration of the Collective Agreement unless changed by recommendation of the Joint Employee Benefits Committee (in the case of all benefits excluding the Pension Plan) or the University of Winnipeg Trusteed Pension Plan Board of Trustees (in the case of the Pension Plan) and approved by the Board of Regents where appropriate.
