Common use of Except for Accrued Clause in Contracts

Except for Accrued. Compensation, Employee shall forfeit, from and after the Termination Date, Employee’s rights to any and all future compensation from Employer or any Related Entity to which Employee may be entitled and to all future benefits for which Employee may be eligible, in either case under this Agreement or otherwise, including without limitation any Bonus payments (including any earned but unpaid Bonus payments or portions thereof) that would have been payable had Employee remained employed through the date such Bonus payments would have been paid. Except for Accrued Compensation, Employer’s obligations to pay or provide Employee with future compensation or benefits shall fully and forever cease and terminate as of the Termination Date.
