Except for City Materials. and except for any third-party proprietary intellectual property or information for which the City and/or the GLO do not have a legal ownership right, Subrecipient grants the GLO and HUD, and GLO and HUD grants to Subrecipient, a royalty free, non-exclusive, and irrevocable license to reproduce, publish, or otherwise use, and to authorize others to use, for governmental purposes, all reports, or other material, data, drawings, computer programs, and codes created under this Contract by either Party, and/or any copyright or other intellectual property rights, and any material or information developed and/or required to be delivered under this Contract by either Party.
