Common use of Except for the Clause in Contracts

Except for the. Employment Agreement, this Agreement embodies the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings relating to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement may be amended only by an instrument in writing executed by both parties.
