Exception to Overtime Provision. (a) Notwithstanding any of the provisions in this Article, overtime does not apply to Clinical Therapists in classification Group C and all classification Group B, consisting of but not limited to Community Health Workers, Community Outreach Worker, Public Health Nutritionists, Research & Statistical Officers, Detox Team Leaders, Treatment Team Leaders and Program Administration Officers who shall be granted straight time off in lieu of authorized overtime to be taken at a mutually agreed time.
