Bargaining Unit Information. The Employer agrees to provide the Union such information relating to Employees in the bargaining unit as may be required by the Union for the purpose of collective bargaining.
Bargaining Unit Information. A. The Employer will provide the Association with electronic access to a bargaining unit membership report of current employees by July 15 of each year. The report will include the following data:
1. Personnel Area
2. Organizational Code
3. Organizational Title
4. Personnel Number
5. Employee Name 6. Home Address
Bargaining Unit Information. The Employer shall provide the Union with current job descriptions within sixty (60) days of the signing of this Agreement and all revisions subsequently.
Bargaining Unit Information. (a) The Employer shall provide the Union designate and the Union Xxxxxxx monthly, with lists of new, resigned and terminated employees, or a system as mutually agreed between the Employer and the Union. The list shall specify whether the employees are regular or casual and the date of their commencement or termination of employment.
(b) By January 31 of each year, the Employer shall provide the Union head office with an up to date seniority list, including the classification (and level) and status of each employee, the telephone number and the mailing address of each employee according to the Employer's records. Where the Employer has a consolidated record of the employees' grades and/or increments, or where such information can be readily compiled, the Employer shall provide this information to the Union head office.
Bargaining Unit Information. Management agrees to provide The Society with the following, on a regular basis:
a) A copy of the appointment letter, for employees selected to Society represented vacancies, will be copied to the appropriate Unit Director, within a reasonable period of time
b) Detailed records of dues deducted
c) Detailed information on the membership, including: - Occupation Code, Job Title, Salary Schedule, Salary Grade, Organization (e.g. Business Unit/Division/Department), Mailing Location, Phone Number
d) Upon written request provide to a Unit Director applicant information to specified Society represented vacancies.
Bargaining Unit Information. Semi-annually the Employer will provide the Union with a list of the following information for all permanent employees: name, address, telephone number (subject to release by the employee), duty station, pay grade, date of hire, date of assignment to and separation from the bargaining unit, and date of last promotion. These semi-annual reports will be provided to the Union by March 1 and September 1 each calendar year.
Bargaining Unit Information. The Employer agrees to provide the Union with a list of employees covered by this agreement, their classification, employee status and addresses as provided by employees in January and July of each year. The Employer shall supply this information on hard copy.
Bargaining Unit Information. 3.02.1 The employer agrees to provide the union annually, and before the commencement of the fall/winter session, with a breakdown, by academic session, Faculty and type of position held, of the volume and distribution of employment in the bargaining unit during the previous twelve months ending with the summer session.
3.02.2 The parties agree to maintain, through the agency of the Labour/ Management Committee, the Joint Sub-Committee on Long Term Planning, for the joint consideration of factors bearing upon the future of the University and members of the CUPE 3903 bargaining unit. It will consider: • long range financial prospects of the University and their relationship to bargaining unit work; • enrolment trends and their implications for financial policies and bargaining unit work; • any other factors that are likely to bear on bargaining unit work; and • measures to mitigate the negative impact that such factors would otherwise have on bargaining unit work and the reasonable security of current employees.
3.02.3 The Xxxx/Principal of each Faculty where members of the bargaining unit are or have been employed shall meet with the Labour/Management Committee to explain any significant alteration to the volume and/or distribution of employment in their Faculty during the previous year.
3.02.4 Prior to a decision and/or actions which might result in a significant alteration to the volume and/or distribution of employment in the bargaining unit, or in a particular hiring unit(s) the Xxxx/Principal of the Faculty concerned shall notify the union and the Labour/Management Committee in writing. At the request of the union, the Xxxx/Principal and/or head of the hiring unit concerned shall meet with the Committee to outline such policies and/or actions and discuss their potential impact, and consider any proposals which the union or the Labour/Management Committee may have to mitigate the impact on volume and distribution of bargaining unit work. No decision and/or actions which would result in a significant alteration in volume or distribution of work to the bargaining unit can be taken without the union having been provided with a reasonable time within which to respond in writing to the written notification and/or to hold the meeting with the Xxxx/Principal and/or hiring unit Chair. Where such a decision is subsequently taken, the union shall be immediately informed.
Bargaining Unit Information. The University agrees to provide the Association with such information that is normally available relating to staff members in the bargaining unit, as may be required by the Association for collective bargaining purposes. The Association agrees that the University will not be expected to provide information which is not compiled in the University’s normal course of business, nor to breach the confidentiality of the personnel records of individual staff members.
Bargaining Unit Information.
(a) The Employer shall provide the Union Head Office and the local Union Xxxxxxx monthly, with lists of new, resigned and terminated employees, or a system as mutually agreed between the Employer and the Union. The list shall specify whether the employees are regular or casual and the date of their commencement or termination of employment.
(b) On the last date of the payroll period immediately prior to January 31 and July 31 of each calendar year, the Employer shall provide employee seniority lists to the Head Office of each representative Union and post the lists electronically. Such lists will be separated by worksite, and will set out the seniority of all employees at the worksite. Where the system allows, the Employer also shall provide separate lists showing the seniority of all employees within each Union. Seniority lists shall contain the following information:
(i) employee’s first and last name;
(ii) start date;
(iii) job status and posted FTE (regular full-time, regular part-time, casual);
(iv) classification, wage schedule, wage grid level, and increment step (where the Employer has a consolidated record or where such information can be readily compiled);
(v) seniority date (for regular employees) or hours (for casual employees);
(vi) job titles;
(vii) primary home worksite.
(c) Where such lists are produced in electronic format, and where the Employer’s system allows, the Employer shall provide the seniority lists to the Union in electronic format.
