Common use of Exception to Prohibition Clause in Contracts

Exception to Prohibition. Notwithstanding the prohibition set forth in subparagraph (b) above, but subject to Tenant's covenant to comply with all Environmental Laws and with the other provisions of this paragraph 19, Tenant may bring upon, keep and use in the Premises (but not outside the Premises) (i) general office supplies typically used in an office or warehouse in the ordinary course of business, such as copier toner, liquid paper, glue, ink and janitorial supplies, so long as such supplies are used in the manner for which they were designed and in such amounts as may be normal for the business operations conducted by Tenant in the Premises, and (ii) those Hazardous Materials, if any, described on Exhibit D attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof so long as Tenant has delivered to Landlord a description of the handling, storage, use and disposal procedures to be utilized by Tenant with respect thereto.
