Administrative Charge Clause Samples
An administrative charge clause establishes a fee that one party must pay to cover the administrative costs incurred by the other party in connection with the agreement. This fee may apply to activities such as processing paperwork, handling changes to the contract, or managing account maintenance. By specifying an administrative charge, the clause ensures that the party providing administrative services is compensated for their time and resources, thereby preventing disputes over incidental costs and clarifying financial responsibilities.
