Exceptions Required by Law. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 22.1, a party receiving Proprietary Information may disclose such Proprietary Information (a) pursuant to an order or judgment of any court or governmental body, or (b) pursuant to any Law, provided that the disclosing party in the case of either subparagraph (a) or (b) above, gives reasonable notice to the other party in advance of such disclosure, if not prohibited by law, and seeks confidential treatment of such information from the entity to which the disclosure is made and discloses only that information which is legally required to be disclosed.
