Exceptions to Limitations on Indemnification. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, no limitation on indemnification provided for in this Section 7.01 or otherwise in this Agreement shall apply to any Damages incurred by an Indemnified Party to the extent that such Damages arise from any Fraud claim.
