Exceptions to Maximum Class Size Clause Samples

The "Exceptions to Maximum Class Size" clause defines circumstances under which the standard limit on the number of students per class may be exceeded. Typically, this clause outlines specific scenarios—such as temporary staffing shortages, special programs, or emergency situations—where larger class sizes are permitted. By establishing clear exceptions, the clause provides flexibility for educational institutions to manage unforeseen challenges while maintaining overall class size policies.
