  • Examples of Items/Conditions Not Covered Any gas service lines in excess of 500 feet in length; high pressure gas lines and the high pressure service line which is defined as a natural gas supply line with a pressure rating of 60 psi or greater; natural gas meter including connections; appliances or appliance connectors or burner tips; any gas service line not measuring between ½” and 1 ¼” in diameter; utility meters; any interior gas piping.   • CHANGES TO THE ORIGINAL LEARNING AGREEMENT The section to be completed during the mobility is needed only if changes have to be introduced into the original Learning Agreement. In that case, the section to be completed before the mobility should be kept unchanged and changes should be described in this section. When changes to the mobility programme arise, they should be agreed as soon as possible with the sending institution. In case the change concerns an extension of the duration of the mobility programme abroad, the request can be made by the trainee at the latest one month before the foreseen end date. All parties must confirm that the proposed amendments to the Learning Agreement are approved. For this specific section, original or scanned signatures are not mandatory and an approval by email may be enough. The procedure has to be decided by the sending institution, depending on the national legislation.

  • Amendments - Changes/Extra Work The Subrecipient shall make no changes to this Contract without the County’s written consent. In the event that there are new or unforeseen requirements, the County has the discretion with the Subrecipient’s concurrence, to make changes at any time without changing the scope or price of the Contract.‌ If County-initiated changes or changes in laws or government regulations affect price, the Subrecipient’s ability to deliver services, or the project schedule, the Subrecipient will give County written notice no later ten (10) days from the date the law or regulation went into effect or the date the change was proposed and Subrecipient was notified of the change. Such changes shall be agreed to in writing and incorporated into a Contract amendment. Said amendment shall be issued by the County-assigned Contract Administrator, shall require the mutual consent of all Parties, and may be subject to approval by the County Board of Supervisors. Nothing herein shall prohibit the Subrecipient from proceeding with the work as originally set forth or as previously amended in this Contract.

  • Exceptional Access to Thick Registration Data In case of a registrar failure, deaccreditation, court order, etc. that prompts the temporary or definitive transfer of its domain names to another registrar, at the request of ICANN, Registry Operator will provide ICANN with up-­‐to-­‐date data for the domain names of the losing registrar. The data will be provided in the format specified in Specification 2 for Data Escrow. The file will only contain data related to the domain names of the losing registrar. Registry Operator will provide the data as soon as commercially practicable, but in no event later than five (5) calendar days following ICANN’s request. Unless otherwise agreed by Registry Operator and ICANN, the file will be made available for download by ICANN in the same manner as the data specified in Section 3.1 of this Specification.

  • Exception Items When we review and process your electronic file, we may reject any electronic image that we determine to be ineligible for the service ("Exception Item") including, without limitation, electronic images of items drawn on banks located outside the United States, items drawn on U.S. Banks in foreign currency, electronic images that are illegible (due to poor image quality or otherwise), electronic images of items previously processed, electronic images previously converted to substitute checks, and electronic images with unreadable MICR information. We will notify you of any Exception Items. You agree that if you wish to attempt to deposit any Exception Item to any of your accounts with Credit Union, you will only do so by depositing the original item on which the Exception Item is based. You acknowledge and agree that even if you do not initially identify an electronic image as an Exception Item, the substitute check created by the Credit Union there from may nevertheless be returned to Credit Union because, among other reasons, the electronic image is deemed illegible by a paying bank. Credit Union's failure to identify an Exception Item shall not preclude or limit your obligations to Credit Union.
