Common use of Excess Automobile Liability Coverage Clause in Contracts

Excess Automobile Liability Coverage. School District No. 60 (Peace River North) carries Excess Automobile Liability Coverage in the amount of $10,000,000.00. The Excess Liability Coverage is in addition to the driver's own coverage. That is, in the event of an accident, should the Driver's insurance coverage be expended, the School District insurance will take over to a maximum of $10,000,000.00. In accordance with Article 11.08(a) of the Agreement, this coverage would apply to those individuals who receive authorization to use their personal vehicles on behalf of the Board.
