Common use of EXCESS FREIGHT CHARGES Clause in Contracts

EXCESS FREIGHT CHARGES. When Sandia pays any amounts for freight charges in connection with this contract, Contractor is responsible for and shall pay to Sandia the amount of any excess freight charges if the routing specified in writing by the SCR is not used. If the specified routing cannot be used, Contractor shall promptly notify the SCR before shipment, and obtain new routing directions from the SCR.
