Night Shift Premium Sample Clauses

Night Shift Premium. All hours worked by an employee between ten (10:00) p.m. and seven (7:00) a.m. shall be considered as shift work and paid for at the applicable straight time/overtime rate plus two ($2.00) dollars per hour shift premium for each full hour worked during this period. Night-shift premium shall not be added to the employee’s hourly rate of pay for the purpose of computing overtime pay.

Night Shift Premium. Any employee who works between 8:00 pm and 6:00 am shall receive an additional twenty five (25¢) cents per hour premium in addition to their normal rate of pay for each hour or portion of an hour so assigned.
Night Shift Premium. Any employee who is required to work on any day when the majority of their working hours fall between 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., or who starts their shift prior to 5:00 a.m., shall be paid a premium, in addition to their regular, hourly rate, of one ($1.50) dollar and fifty cents per hour for all hours worked on the shift. Shift premium pay shall not be added to an employee's hourly rate for the purpose of computing overtime. The night shift premium shall be paid for all hours including General Holiday pay and overtime. This sub-article shall not result in duplication of premiums, except in the case of sub-article 16.04, Lead Hand Premium.
