Excess Funds or Unauthorized Use of Funds. a. Suppose the Grant Recipient does not utilize all of the Grant Award by the end of the Grant Term or uses the Grant Award for an unauthorized expense. In that case, the Grant Recipient shall return the excess funds or reimbursement funds to the City no later than October 31, 2020.
