If the Plan is not Top-Heavy or if the Top-Heavy minimum contribution or benefit is provided under another plan covering the same Employees, paragraphs (1) and (2) below may be disregarded and 5.7%, 5.4% or 4.3% may be substituted for 2.7%, 2.4% or 1.3% where it appears in paragraph (3) below.
