Excess Payment. SUBRECIPIENT shall refund to CITY within ten working days of CITY’s request, any sum of money which has been paid by CITY and which CITY at any time thereafter determines: (1) has resulted in overpayment to SUBRECIPIENT; or (2) has not been spent strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement; or (3) is not supported by adequate documentation to fully justify the expenditure.
