Common use of Excess Usage of Commitments Clause in Contracts

Excess Usage of Commitments. If for any reason the Outstanding Amount of Committed Loans, Bid Loans, Swing Line Loans and L/C Obligations at any time exceed the Aggregate Commitments then in effect, the Borrowers shall promptly, and in any event within one (1) Business Day, prepay the Loans and/or Cash Collateralize the L/C Obligations in an aggregate amount equal to such excess; provided, however, that the Company shall not be required to Cash Collateralize the L/C Obligations pursuant to this Section 2.06(d) unless after the prepayment in full of the Loans or of the Loans made under the applicable Tranche, as applicable, such excess remains.
