Common use of Excess Clause in Contracts

Excess. The amount of any excess shown within this policy document and / or on your schedule. Any legal responsibility, loss or damage (direct or indirect) that: • Is also covered by any other insurance or • You have accepted under an agreement or contract unless you would have had that responsibility anyway • Happens outside the United Kingdom, other than where we have agreed to provide cover (please refer to the Foreign Use section of this policy document)
