Excessive Noise. The County shall conduct and require the County Licensee to conduct, all of its operations hereunder in an efficient, safe, and careful manner and to comply with all rules and regulations for the Building promulgated from time to time by the Board, and any violation of said rules and regulations shall be a violation of this Lease.

Excessive Noise. The District will make all reasonable efforts to avoid having noisy building/grounds repair and maintenance tasks interfere with the learning environment of the classroom.

When smoking, please be mindful of others and surroundings as noise travels.

Excessive Noise. Neither Tenant nor Tenant Entities shall create any disturbance due to excessive noise either within the Premises or the common areas, either by excessive equipment noise or by playing any type of audio or audio/visual equipment at a volume which would at any time interfere with the quiet enjoyment of any other tenant within the facility.
Excessive Noise. The Contractor shall use only such equipment on the work and in such state of repair so that the emission of sound therefrom is within the noise tolerance level of that equipment as established by Cal/OSHA. The Contractor shall comply with the most restrictive of the following: (1) local sound control and noise level rules, regulations and ordinances and (2) the requirements contained in these Contract Documents, including hours of operation requirements. No internal combustion engine shall be operated on the Project without a muffler of the type recommended by the manufacturer. Should any muffler or other control device sustain damage or be determined to be ineffective or defective, the Contractor shall promptly remove the equipment and shall not return said equipment to the job until the device is repaired or replaced. Said noise and vibration level requirements shall apply to all equipment on the job or related to the job, including but not limited to, trucks, transit mixers or transit equipment that may or may not be owned by the Contractor.
Excessive Noise. During normal operations, the Operator Equipment will not generate excessive or objectionable noise levels. Notwithstanding the foregoing, operation of Operator Equipment in accordance with manufacturer’s performance specifications shall not under any circumstances constitute a default under this Section 12.3.5.
