Exchange Acceptance. The obligations of the Optionee under this Agreement are subject to the acceptance for filing of the Agreement by the Exchange. The Optionor agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to assist the Optionee in obtaining Exchange acceptance of this Agreement, including signing and delivering or providing all such documents and information as may be reasonably required by the Exchange
