Common use of Exchange Act Reporting Clause in Contracts

Exchange Act Reporting. During the term of this Agreement, each Party shall coordinate with respect to acquisitions or dispositions of beneficial ownership of securities in the Target in order to facilitate each Party’s compliance with Schedule 13D under the Exchange Act.
