Exchange & Counterparty Risks. If Buyer chooses to maintain or hold Tokens through a third party, Buyer’s Tokens may be stolen or lost. In addition, third parties may not recognize Buyer’s claim to any derivative tokens if and when launched by third parties according to the distribution rules set in the Project. Buyer holds Tokens through a third party at Buyer’s own and sole risk.
Exchange & Counterparty Risks. If Xxxxx chooses to maintain or hold Tokens through a third party, Xxxxx’s Tokens may be stolen or lost. In addition, third parties may not recognize Xxxxx’s claim to any derivative tokens if and when launched by third parties according to the distribution rules set in the Project. Xxxxx holds Xxxxxx through a third party at Xxxxx’s own and sole risk.

If Purchaser sends ETH from an exchange or an account that Purchaser does not control, Equity Tokens will be allocated to the account that has sent ETH; therefore, Purchaser may never receive or be able to recover Purchaser’s Equity Tokens. Furthermore, if Purchaser chooses to maintain or hold Equity Tokens through a cryptocurrency exchange or other third party, Purchaser’s Equity Tokens may be stolen or lost. By purchasing Equity Tokens, Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that Purchaser sends ETH through an exchange account and/or holds Equity Tokens on a cryptocurrency exchange or with another third party at Purchaser’s own and sole risk.

If Buyer sends ETH to the RCR Token Contract from an exchange or an account that Buyer does not control, pursuant to the RCR Token Contract, RCR Tokens will be allocated to the account that has sent ETH; therefore, Buyer may never receive or be able to recover Buyer’s RCR Tokens. Furthermore, if Buyer chooses to maintain or hold RCR Tokens through a cryptocurrency exchange or other third party, Buyer’s RCR Tokens may be stolen or lost. In addition, third parties may not recognize Buyer’s claim to any derivative tokens if and when launched by third parties according to the distribution rules set in the RECEREUM Software. By using the RCR Crowdsale Contract, using the RCR Token Contract and/or by purchasing RCR Tokens, Buyer acknowledges and agrees that Buyer sends ETH to the RCR Token Contract through an exchange account and/or holds RCR Tokens on a cryptocurrency exchange or with another third party at Buyer’s own and sole risk.

By using the EOS Distribution Contract, using the EOS Token Contract and/or by purchasing EOS Tokens, Buyer acknowledges and agrees that Buyer sends ETH to the EOS Token Contract through an exchange account and/or holds EOS Tokens on a cryptocurrency exchange or with another third party at Buyer’s own and sole risk.

If Buyer sends BNB to the LETCOINSHOP Distribution Contract from an exchange or an account that Buyer does not control, pursuant to the LETCOINSHOP Distribution Contract, LETCOINSHOP will be allocated to the account that has sent BNB; therefore, Buyer may never receive or be able to recover Buyer's LETCOINSHOP Tokens. Furthermore, if Buyer chooses to maintain or hold LETCOINSHOP Tokens through a cryptocurrency exchange or other third party, Buyer's LETCOINSHOP Tokens may be stolen or lost. By purchasing BULK TRADER Tokens, Buyer acknowledges and agrees that Buyer holds LETCOINSHOP Tokens on a cryptocurrency exchange or with another third party at Buyer's own and sole risk.

If Buyer sends XLM to the AXU Token Contract from an exchange or an account that Buyer does not control, pursuant to the AXU Token Contract, AXU Tokens will be allocated to the account that has sent XLM; therefore, Buyer may never receive or be able to recover Xxxxx’s AXU Tokens. Furthermore, if Buyer chooses to maintain or hold AXU Tokens through a cryptocurrency exchange or other third party, Xxxxx’s AXU Tokens may be stolen or lost. In addition, third parties may not recognize Xxxxx’s claim to any derivative tokens if and when launched by third parties. By using the Argentas Distribution Contract, using the AXU Token Contract and/or by purchasing AXU Tokens, Xxxxx acknowledges and agrees that Xxxxx sends XLM to the AXU Token Contract through an exchange account and/or holds AXU Tokens on a cryptocurrency exchange or with another third party at Buyer’s own and sole risk.

By using the XDCE Distribution Contract, using the XDCE Token Contract and/or by purchasing XDCE Tokens, Contributor acknowledges and agrees that Contributor sends ETH to the XDCE Token Contract through an exchange account and/or holds XDCE Tokens on a cryptocurrency exchange or with another third party at Contributor’s own and sole risk.
