Common use of Exchange of Duties Clause in Contracts

Exchange of Duties. Subject to the approval of the Supervisor, a Graduate Assistant may arrange an exchange or substitution for his or her scheduled duties for a period not to exceed two (2) weeks per semester. Permission for such exchanges or substitutions shall be requested as far in advance as possible and shall not be unreasonably denied.
