STATEMENT OF DUTIES. Upon written request, an employee shall be provided with a complete and current statement of the duties and responsibilities of his or her position, including the classification level and, where applicable, the point rating allotted by factor to his or her position, and an organization chart depicting the position’s place in the organization.
STATEMENT OF DUTIES. 34.01 When an employee is first engaged or when an employee is reassigned to another position in the Bargaining Unit, the Employer shall, before the employee is assigned to that position, provide the employee with a current and accurate Statement of Duties of the position to which he/she is assigned.
34.02 Upon written request, an employee shall be entitled to a complete and current Statement of Duties and Responsibilities of his/her position, including the position's job evaluation level and point rating allotted by factor, where applicable.
STATEMENT OF DUTIES. 18.1 Upon request to an authorized management representative, an employee shall be entitled to receive a copy of the most recent statement of duties containing the duties and responsibilities of the employee’s position including the point value and classification level.
18.2 Where upon receipt of the most recent statement of duties, the employee believes that it does not represent the current duties and responsibilities of the position, the employee is entitled to submit a new statement of duties setting out the duties and responsibilities as the employee understands them to be and to request a review of such duties and responsibilities.
18.3 The employee shall be informed by the Council of the results of any such review, including any changes in the classification level and point value of the employee’s position that are agreed to by the Council.
