Exchange of Expertise and Human Resources. In furtherance of the alliance contemplated by this Agreement, the Company and the Investor intend, from time to time, to engage in the exchange of expertise and human resources among the Company, the Investor and Asset Management One so that they may share and develop knowledge and best practices with respect to their respective businesses. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, prior to termination of the Designation Right pursuant to Section 5.2(c), the Investor and Asset Management One shall collectively be entitled to:
