Place of Arbitration. Any arbitration under this Part shall, at the request of any party to the dispute, be held in a state that is party of the New York Convention. Claims submitted to arbitration under this Part shall be considered to arise out of a commercial relationship or transaction for purpose of Article 1 of the New York Convention.
Place of Arbitration. The arbitration will be held in Stanford, California unless the parties mutually agree in writing to another place.
Place of Arbitration. The place of arbitration shall ordinarily be in Ranchi by agreement of the Parties, the arbitration hearings, if required, may be held elsewhere.

Place of Arbitration. Unless otherwise agreed by all parties to the Dispute, the place of arbitration shall be Houston, Texas.

The disputing parties may agree on the place of arbitration under the arbitral rules applicable under Article 24(1) (Submission of a Claim to Arbitration) or 28(4) (Consolidation). If the disputing parties fail to agree, the Tribunal shall determine the place in accordance with the applicable arbitral rules, provided that the place shall be in the territory of a Party or of a third State that is a party to the New York Convention.
Place of Arbitration. Unless the disputing parties agree otherwise, a Tribunal shall hold an arbitration in the territory of a Party that is a party to the New York Convention, selected in accordance with:
(a) the ICSID Additional Facility Rules, if the arbitration is under those Rules or the ICSID Convention; or
(b) the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, if the arbitration is under those Rules.
Place of Arbitration. The place of arbitration shall be Raipur.
Place of Arbitration. The place of arbitration shall be New York, New York. Any action in connection therewith shall be brought in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York or, if that court does not have jurisdiction, any New York state court in New York County. Each party consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts in any such suit, action or proceeding, and irrevocably waives, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any objection which it may now or hereafter have to the laying of the venue of any such suit, action or proceeding in any such court or that any such suit, action or proceeding which is brought in any such court has been brought in an inconvenient forum. Each party further agrees to accept service of process out of any of the before mentioned courts in any such dispute by registered or certified mail addressed to the party at the address set forth in Part VII of Appendix B.
Place of Arbitration. The arbitration will be at a mutually convenient location that must be within 50 miles of Executive’s last company employment location. If the parties cannot agree upon a location, then the arbitration will be held at the AAA’s office nearest to Executive’s last employment location.
