Common use of Exchange of Statistics Clause in Contracts

Exchange of Statistics. The liaison agencies of the Contracting States shall exchange annual statistics as of 31 December on the number of certificates issued under Article 4 of this Arrangement and on the payments granted to beneficiaries pursuant to the Agreement. These statistics shall include the number of beneficiaries and total amount of the benefits, identified by the benefit type paid under the Agreement. These statistics shall be furnished in a form to be agreed upon by the liaison agencies.

These statistics shall include the number of beneficiaries of benefits and the total amount of benefits paid, by type of benefit, to beneficiaries in the benefits, identified by territory of the benefit type paid under the Agreementother Contracting State. These statistics shall be furnished annually in a form to be agreed upon by the liaison agenciescompetent institutions.
