Common use of Exchange of Warrant Certificates Clause in Contracts

Exchange of Warrant Certificates. (a) Warrant Certificates representing Warrants to acquire any specified number of Common Shares may, upon compliance with the reasonable requirements of the Trustee, be exchanged for another Warrant Certificate or Warrant Certificates entitling the holder thereto to acquire in the aggregate the same number of Common Shares as may be acquired under the Warrant Certificate or Warrant Certificates so exchanged. Upon compliance with the reasonable requirements of the Trustee and the terms and conditions hereof, the Corporation will sign, and the Trustee will countersign, all Warrant Certificates necessary to carry out these exchanges.

Exchange of Warrant Certificates. (a1) Warrant Certificates representing Warrants entitling Warrantholders to acquire purchase any specified number of Common Shares may, upon compliance with the reasonable requirements of the TrusteeWarrant Agent, be exchanged for another Warrant Certificate one or more Warrant Certificates entitling in any other authorized denomination bearing the holder thereto to acquire same legends representing in the aggregate the same an equal number of Common Shares Warrants as may be acquired under the number of Warrants represented by the Warrant Certificate or Warrant Certificates so being exchanged. Upon compliance with the reasonable requirements of the Trustee and the terms and conditions hereof, the Corporation will sign, and the Trustee will countersign, The Company shall sign all Warrant Certificates necessary to carry out these exchangesexchanges as aforesaid and such Warrant Certificates shall be certified by or on behalf of the Warrant Agent.
